i found this restaurant very close to where i stayed
apparently it is known in brunate and even como as a very good authentic no nonsense italian restaurant
i don't quite know if it was as good because it was my first meal in 3 days or if it really was outstanding
(i decided i will have to go back to be sure...)
- home made spinach and ricotta ravioli with burned sage butter
