there are a lot of old and demolished buildings in the city. i love the history of 'what once was' that is left on these walls
teatro colon a gorgeous 7 story building which occupies an entire city block, used as an opera house and for other performances
la boca which is often portrayed as a symbol of buenos aires. in the early 19th century it became the home of spanish and italian immigrants and is known for the brightly painted buildings
el caminito is the most famous street in la boca and is filled with restaurants, tango dancers, a small crafts fair and everything interesting
joaquim enjoying some spanish wine.... people were quite intimidated when we started asking questions about the wine i guess between porto and cape town we have high wine standards :)
